Joel promised us they would be the lowest and he was so correct.  The best part is Joel and his dad Bob did the install themselves.  Love supporting a local successful business.  We highly recommend.

> We have done business with the Blind Gallery for many years. Products and service was always good until recently. We called about a problem with  a Hunter Douglas product back in February. Our calls have not been returned so at this point we can no longer recommend doing business with the Blind Gallery. We would have given this business zero stars for service after the sale if it was possible. The product is under warranty and it would appear the the Blind Gallery is just trying to run out the clock.

> I received notice of this review and actually mystified at the review.  We are in the middle of a pandemic and my staff has been on furlough since the beginning of March.  As a small business, I am trying to get everything done on my own.  We’ve done business with this customer for many years, doing their home in MA, as well as their home in Maine.  I find it incredibly insensitive   that someone would post a review like this on a small business in the middle of a pandemic.
