This morning I wrote an email to DTH and THANKED them for their foresight in the building process. Design Tech built our home in 2004, in Pearland, TX. Our contractor (point of contact) suggested that we build 1 foot up, and that proved to be a VERY good thing. The homes on each side of us (not DTH homes) flooded and many in our subdivision flooded. But due to this wonderful DTH contractor we were good. It was close, but PRAISE we came through all this DRY.
