> Joey Varin and his team at Lee Built Homes recently completed a new custom build on our home, as well as, upgrading areas of our home. Joey's professional knowledge of structural elements and planning were invaluable. Through his actions during all phases of the build, he showed us that he obviously cares about making sure that the smallest of details are right, which greatly reduced our stress,  and has led to enormous satisfaction for us.  The new space he created is extremely high end, custom, and beautiful! He also completely replaced and renovated our fireplace and surround which transformed our living space beautifully, and upgraded our master bathroom. Joey made sure all along the way that we were satisfied, and allowed us to be creative without rushing the process.  As homeowners with prior experience in building, it has been so satisfying to feel happy with our final selections, and to get exactly what we wanted in the end.  In fact, every time I walk into the new space I am smiling, because it is just so stunning and has so many custom details! Honesty, professionalism, expert custom craftsmanship, and personal care and attention are the words to sum up my experience working with Joey Varin and Lee Built Homes.

> We hired Joey and his group to help with some minor renovations to our new home.  As a first time homeowner, I was anxious about the work, the timing and the project.  After our experience, I wish I could hire this firm to do ALL of the remodeling I desire in the home, and will as soon as the time arises.  They completed the work on time, did an exceptional job, and I am extremely pleased with the finished project.  They were also very courteous, kept us informed and did small things to show they truly respected and cared about the work they were doing.  Construction jobs are rarely perfect, but this group strove for excellence and did not stop until we were 100% satisfied.  I would recommend Lee Built Homes and will use them again myself.
