Long story short, The owner, Courtney was not out to provide quality customer service or even try to make the customer satisfied. She showed no compassion during our conversation and never acknowledged her company or employees who underdelivered their promises. > This could all have been avoided if they had told us the truth. If they were not able to perform the service on the timeline that they promised, then we would not have taken our window off our daughter's bedroom in the middle of February to bring in if we knew it would have taken this long to put the glass in at their shop.
