Can you be more specific about the 'bolt' vs 'snap' option? I'd like my soap holder to be authentic but not if that is so impractical that I won't want to change the soap. Thanks!

A: It is mostly a matter of which look you prefer.  Both are easy to change once the soap has been used.  The bolt style has the bolt on the end and the new style is smooth.

**Q: It's time to order a new bar of rotating soap. How do I do that?** *(in Product Questions)*

We put the rotating soap holder in our powder room last summer - and it's great!  But now the soap is looking a little sad and thin - time for a refill, but I don't know how to get that done. Thanks in advance!
