In 2013 I was so happy to take possession of my new home. By month FOUR the roof started leaking and while NewRock came in and “fixed” it, it has never truly been fixed. I have been having issues ever since and they refuse to take any ownership indicating this is now the problem of my condo board. There has been some minor issues (just like all new homes) but no matter what, it has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I cannot get any service from them, and they do not return my calls. They just argue with me about everything. They put sod over a sinkhole in the front yard, and refuse to fix it. As well as they did not go to each property pin. they were 3 1/2 Feet short and they have not corrected this and that was over 2 months ago. They have known that I have had Plumbing leaks and my Furnace has not been working properly for the same amount of time, and I just talked to them alittle over a week ago about it again. Still nothing! They keep telling me that it is the contractors that they call that are not showing up, but when I call the same contractors they say they have not received any calls from Newrock about our home, so either Newrock is not telling the truth about it or all the contractors are not.
