Alice is the voice of reason - have a funky bay window you want to put floor length curtains on that close completely? They have decorated my master bedroom in two different houses, my family room, have helped me pick out stair runners, with furniture placement, accessory purchasing. So while my experience with them has been ad hoc, I have also seen projects of theirs where they have free reign of the entire house and THAT's where they can really work their magic by making every room distinctive, yet still cohesive.
