Rami was very patient and took time to explain all kinds of things about my old house to me. My town required an architect design to remove some in wall ACs and a window. I called a few architects and many of them just assumed it was the most laborious and expensive option. Rami immediately scoffed at requirement and called my town himself to push back and clarify exactly what was needed.
