> We reached out months prior to job. He was slow to respond to emails . Come spring , stated he lost our original deck plan and we had to go over it again. He submitted a request for the permit that was wrong. He forgot show up to a meeting to sign the contact until we called him to remind him . Gave him the business anyway, ( silly us) . We approved a quote & we were told it would take 5 full days. A month later we are finally done. He would show up for an hour or so per day, some days not at all . Poor communication, lazy attitude. Would blame the weather and the sun was shining. Our final invoice was hundreds over the quote because he said he made an error he didn’t notice until that moment. Poor poor poor, disorganized business practice
