He was really helpful with suggestions and different options with materials, coloring, and added effects that were really impactful to the overall design without adding much cost. He even suggested what not to change, to save a buy of money. My husband and I have limited time due to long work hours and two little kids, so being able to trust Luke without having to do a lot of research on our own was really helpful for us. This is my dining room I want to change the color an update but my whole house is trimmed in Oak Wood what should I do for a fresh look?

A: Color is all about your personal preference so I don't want to recommend a color without knowing what your design style is. I will recommend, if you have the ability, adding a chair rail and wainscoting like I have done in the attached picture. It brightens everything up and gives the room great architectural detail.

Have lived with these colors for almost 10 years now and I need a change!
I'd love any wall color advice (living room color is called Good Earth now...kitchen is a midnight blue kinda color).  I was thinking of going one color throughout and leaning towards a white grey or white blue.  
Paint or don't paint the fireplace brick?
What color should I paint the beams in the ceiling (they are fake styrofoam so don't mind painting them)
Would like to remodel the kitchen.  Put an islands in with the sink facing the window?
Any advice, tips would be most graciously welcomed!

A: I would suggest classic sliver by Behr as a great great main color for your home. White trim is very complimentary with this color.
