To begin the process I met with Mark and Sheila to get to know them and to see some projects they had recently completed. From that first meeting, they listened to what I wanted and ensured that my expectations were exceeded. From design, to selection of materials, to selection of sub-contractors, to budget, to completion of build, we had no disagreements. I was kept apprised of progress, and I visited the building site every 2 months. Were there surprises? Yes. But all the surprises were positive and enhanced the end product. I love my home and my expectations were exceeded. Finishes and enhancements were included that I did not contemplate that make the house more comfortable and livable. Also, the siting of the house takes full advantage of the lot and views. I love my home and enjoyed working with Stephens Homes.
