We gutted the entire house and started our full home renovation with Uniik Design guiding us along the way. We found Maria to be an excellent and innovative designer who worked well with us and our contractor (Timber Wolff Designs). > > Maria listened carefully and studied our inspiration photos to understand our vision. Then she put her creative and ‘Uniik’ designs into a plan for us. Her 3D schematic drawings were excellent and helped us visualize our goal as the project progressed. Our contractor reported that the construction drawings were accurate, complete and among the best drawings they had worked with. When it came time to choose hard surfaces, finishes and furniture Maria met us at the showrooms to help us make our choices. She took the lead to give us our desired look and feel, while managing color, texture and the flow from room to room. While she was respectful of our preferences, she used her expertise to steer us in the right direction to achieve the look/function we were wishing for. > > We found Maria to be kind, generous with her time, and willing to discuss concerns and explore new ideas with us.
