I made my preliminary bunch of phone calls to multiple companies in anticipation of my new home purchase which required professional tv mounting (I had no room for a tv anywhere other than above my fireplace). Shawn picked up and gave me answers. Next he said, when you own the house, let me know I'll come by. He did just that. He quoted me - with an actual quote - and we agreed on the ballpark price. > Shawn and his team came in a week later and mounted my television. It was timely, it was clean and it looked great. Then they sent me an email less than a week before the scheduled installation date saying that they cannot do it at the specified time, without offering any alternatives. Not even a greeting in the email, just "Sorry I can not do 10-12". I replied asking for an alternative time and did not receive any response. So I called the next day, at which point they tell me they cannot do it on the scheduled day either. When I asked why it took so long to point out the scheduling conflict, he abruptly told me to find someone else to do the work.
