They went so far above our expectations--their standards are so much higher than every other tradesman I have worked with on any project. The new house had many areas with imperfect finishing (to put it mildly); and we ended up having to move some items in prior to the job finishing. They could have easily said that's not my problem but instead they made sure things were done like they should have been when we purchased the house. They had at one point I think 12 people working on our house to help get it ready on time and the whole time never acted like we were in the way. We ended up,adding 2 extra items outside the original bid and they finished everything up on time and even warranty the painting done. They were in our home for 3 full days (the predetermined time frame) and painted a significant amount of trim and wainscoting. They had to contend with grasscloth wallpaper bordering much of their painting area and they did a phenomenal job keeping the paint off of it! They were very professional and friendly to my family, as my children and I were in the home much of the time they were there. They protected my floors and even touched up my front door from my dog scratching it just to be nice! I feel like the cost of the job was reasonable and fair.
