Minchew Construction (ChewCon) is a family-run business operating along Scenic Highway 30A in the Florida's panhandle.  For more than 50 years, we have continued to keep quality and personal relationships at the heart of our company. 

In order to build special properties, we must live in a special place ourselves and living and working near the beautiful beaches of Walton County, Florida accomplishes that mission.  Our team at ChewCon provides custom home building, real estate brokerage, interior design, and land development.

Each project is approached with an artisan’s eye and creative palette of services including development, design, construction and sales.  We customize our approach to personalized visions and use the expertise of our team to get our clients the results they expect.
