Since we moved in, our tankless hot water heater (which was only a year old at the time) had consistent problems with parts breaking, leaking, etc. We called several different plumbers over the years and each one would "put a band-aid on it" (a very expensive band-aid) to get it working again, and then within months, we'd have another problem and start all over again. No one could effectively diagnose the problem, they just kept fixing the broken parts. After spending more in plumbing bills than the heater was worth, we found Blue Planet. Carl was amazing. He spent hours at our house diagnosing the problem properly for the first time ever. He determined that the unit had been installed improperly (by a plumber who shall remain nameless). While it was unfortunate to hear that, we were so grateful to learn that we could fix this problem once and for all. Carl replaced our unit and re-plumbed the lines. While he was here, he also diagnosed a problem with our water pressure which had been low since we moved in and we had just learned to live with. He fixed that problem as well, and we couldn't be happier. We had forgotten what it was like to have reliable hot water and good water pressure. Thank you Carl and Blue Planet for your expertise, professionalism, patience, reliability and commitment to getting the job done right!
