A: We think you'd end up happiest if you went with dark gray with the existing floor and also white subway style backsplash. Another possibility would be gray lowers and white uppers, so you get the airiness at eye level and still get some color. **Q: Mahogany Buffet to Kitchen Island** *(in Before & After)* Was in really tough shape. Molding was missing and there were holes in the top where the backsplash was along with gouges. Re-stained the cavity and used American Paint Company paint along with some paper. I thought the polka dots make it whimsical The back is now the front with just over 19 square feet of Silestone on the top with an inch over hang on three sides with a foot on the front for stools.Close up of the door and drawer Close up of the side. A: Good job!! Looks great. **Q: Kitchen transformation!** *(in Before & After)* This kitchen was updated with custom cabinetry to fill in the gaps and create more storage. We added a custom island with a butcher block countertop to add more storage and seating and create a warm, inviting atmosphere. We also added recessed lighting and a new fixture over the island to brighten up the space. New tile floor was also installed to complete the look! See below for the results and the before photo!
