It's beautiful. Thank you! A: I cannot confirm at this time, but it appears to be Bianca Carrara Marble in both a hex mosaic and brick pattern on the shower walls. There are many manufacturers producing Bianca Carrara marble in several shapes and sizes. **Q: Wall colour?** *(in Photo Questions)* Can you please tell me the colour of the creamy yellow/almond bedroom? A: This is Benjamin Moore Natural Linen CC-90. **Q: Beautiful home!** *(in Photo Questions)* Could you please provide the name of the architect/designer of this home? A: This Cottage was designed in-house, in conjunction with our timber-framer Timmerman Timberworks **Q: Boathouse** *(in Photo Questions)* Love that deck and your "boathouse " What is your square footage ? Is the price the same per square foot as the dock cost ? Stunning. A: Thank you for the kind comments. The dock area is approximately 1,000 sq.ft. including the boat slip. The Boatport measures 18 ft wide by 28 ft long. The entire dock and boatport structure is bearing on a steel structure, driven into the lakebed below. That structural steel installation can vary depending on the geology, so it's very difficult to offer a cost per sq ft. See the attached photo from a different project as an example of the steel dock structure. **Q: Tammy** *(in Photo Questions)* Who made the front door and is it a wood door?? A: The Door is wood, with pine on the interior and dark Ash on the exterior, manufactured by Andersen Windows and Doors.
