> Mike Taubin agreed to build our house, but he didn't. He agreed to give back our money (and our key), but he didn't. We were under contract with Mike Taubin for a remodel. He abruptly stopped returning our calls for no reason after filing the permits. When I finally did manage to get him on the phone, he agreed (and confirmed in writing) to return our initial payment of about $10,000, return the house key, and terminate the contract, but he didn't actually follow through with any of it. We have called, texted, and even sent certified letters. He still hasn't followed through several months later.
