> Coire, simply put is one of the most detailed oriented, professional and talented artist my wife and I have had the pleasure of working with. Both my wife and I are designers in different industries, so finding someone that bring a creative approach to each project can be a challenge sometimes. The first time Coire stopped by our home to review one of our potential projects we knew right away that he was the one for the job.
>
> Coire’s approach to each project big are small is handled with absolute care and finesse.
>
> We’re truly lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Coire and always look forward to the next project.

**★★★★★ — Pea gravel patio, March 2021**

> My neighbor friend recommended Coire to me when I was looking to put in a patio. Coire did an excellent job installing a pea gravel patio bordered by Belgian block, a raised bed, and an outlet. He was always direct in his dealings, worked hard, and provided a great finished product.

> Coire completely re-did our 3 season porch flooring (including putting in a sub floor), built new back steps (wood) and also designed and laid a bluestone patio for us. He essentially re-defined and drastically improved the entire back area of our house which is the entrance that we use on a daily basis from the driveway. He met with us and did a careful examination of the porch structure and patio area. He also helped us with decisions about materials and design and he has the eye of an artist and the ability to visualize the potential of the space. He was responsive to our communications throughout the duration of the project, honest and reasonable about pricing for labor/materials, always on time, courteous, and professional. We are looking forward to working with him again in the future once we are ready to tackle our next house project.

> Ok, I don't want to over state this but this gentleman's work is all around incredible, in a number of ways: the experience itself. Coire is an actual gentleman, calm, wise and experienced beyond his years and this matters because i have done a number of projects, small and large, while stressed, while having an imbalanced view on perceived value vs. practical value in my short and longterm. You want to make practical and design decisions from a well thought out position and with an experienced professional who thinks purpose and natural elements first. So often, the contractor/builder you talk to is not the one who's hands, mind and spirit are building the work. He does it himself as if it were his home. The work Coire has done inside and outside my homes is consistently the star of the show- everyone asks about it and i'm telling the story of his handcrafted work and process over and over again! The work always look like it was born there. Ya know? It just fits and it blends because it makes so much sense and is so solidly constructed. I have decks, patios, custom benches, stonework and wood work from Coire as old as 14 years ago and as recently as 2019. IT HOLDS UP. I cannot recommend strongly enough!

> Coire built a fantastic deck with built-in benches on my new house. His craftsmanship is excellent, and the deck is both handsome and a very functional design. It has hosted many large and small gatherings, and has elicited admiration and compliments from everyone.

> Coire was an absolute dream to work with and I would recommend him wholeheartedly! For us he did a 550 sf backyard renovation with new planting beds, new built in bench, new lighting, irrigation, landscaping as well as a restoration of bluestone patio and existing fencing/decking. It turned out even better than we imagined and was on budget. Our friends gasp when they see our new backyard for the first time. The before and after is incredible (see photos)

> We were looking to redo our deck and add a brick patio to increase the usability of our outdoor space. Coire was referred to us and we were so happy/lucky that he was. Coire helped us through the process from design to material choices. We love the work and the new space that we use for entertaining all the time. Our guests always complement the workmanship and flow of the space. Thank you Coire!

**★★★★★ — Glen Ridge Family, July 2019**

> We found Coire after viewing his work on Houzz. He was extremely responsive - coming by our house as soon as possible to review the work we wanted to do and provide us with an estimate and timeline. Our work included both a new front entry deck and also some stonework to be done as soon as the weather permits. Corie is a true professional and craftsman. His attention to detail desire to make sure things are done with the highest quality came through it the finished product. Our entry porch is not only beautiful, but it is also extremely well-built. We will happily both recommend and also work with Corie again.

> Last summer, my family and I decided to replace our tired and worn back door steps. I sent Coire a picture of the steps that we wanted, and he delivered! His craftsmanship and precision gave me a new appreciation for custom woodwork. He was also very patient with the one million questions that I had, as well as timely in the completion of the project. We will definitely be using Coire as our go to for future home projects!

**★★★★★ — Clifton Place Community Garden, Jan. 2019**

> Coire was fantastic to work with. He built a series of planters for our community garden. He listened to what we wanted and improved upon the design. He was professional and delivered a great product on time and on budget! We would work him again and intend to!

> Coire’s hardscaping work in our Brooklyn backyard transformed our weedy outside space into a beautiful place that I love spending time. Coire worked with me to meet my budget, listened to my ideas, and suggested creative solutions to problems. His background in visual arts clearly payed off too, as he designed our new patio and garden beds to be super pleasuring to the eye. Thanks Coire!

**★★★★★ — User, Jan. 2018**

> Our back yard needed to get covered due to led in the soil. Coire helped us think about the right solution (deck coverage) and designed a beautiful deck. The building process was quick and professional and we love our new back yard!

  - Description: The backyard was practically a singular selling point to this couple, as it is larger than the interior of their home, and their previous home included outdoor space the size of a small closet. The bones of this space were intact. It just needed a lot of love and some things from scratch. They were a dream to work with, and I think what we accomplished in this space is a dream for them to live with.

  - Description: The managers of a community garden in Brooklyn contacted me to take a look at their raised beds. They were in a serious state of decay. They had already done their research and knew what kind of new planters they wanted. My team and I build them in parts in my shop at home. Then we arranged to transport them, demolish the old ones, assemble the new ones, and get rid of the trash all in the same day. The new raised beds give this community garden a glimmer of the next generation.
