> Earlier this year I found Scott Carter through my RE agent. Best referral we've ever gotten. From the moment the cement subcontractor built the forms Scott was very concerned that everything was square and true. When a glitch was found in the plans during construction Scott found a quick and easy solution which was no more expensive. Everything, concrete, construction, electrical was finished well and all subcontractors he brought onto the job were professional and friendly. We would recommend Emerald Builders to all for any kind of residential construction.
