> Chad Haller and the rest of the 10K Architecture team did an incredible job designing our basement and master bathroom.  We live in a typical 1.5 story house in Southwest Minneapolis and we chose to invest in quality design to improve our smaller space instead of increasing the footprint of our home.

> Prior to working with 10K, we had concepts from contractors and design build firms, but most were simple, boxy designs that didn’t inspire us enough to begin the projects.    Our neighbors, who probably have the most impressive basement on the block after working with Chad and 10K Architecture, recommended we talk to them and we were impressed right away.  They patiently listened to our needs, picked up on our style preferences by observing our home and talking with us, and they came up with great layouts with elegant and clever design elements for both spaces.

A: Hello! The interior designer selected this flooring and I don't have the specification on hand, but I believe that it is an engineered white oak.

If you are asking how long the wall with the hooks on it is, it is 4'. If you are asking how far the tub is from the wall, I am not positive because the interior designer specified that fixture, but it looks like it is about 8".
