The damage affected the newly remodeled kids' bathroom, hallways, and family room, as well as both kids' bedrooms, master bedroom, master bathroom, and master walk-in closet. I texted Gary the next day, devastated that our brand new floors were ruined. He immediately called me and reassured me that he would make sure everything would be taken care of. We had to wait for the house to be dried out for 5 days, and for the insurance adjuster to tell us what needed to be fixed. Once we knew that, Gary was off and running. I had to pick flooring for the bedrooms and master bath because they had not been remodeled before, but everything else we were just going to restore back to how he had done it before. Floor guys took two days, baseboards one day, then painting all the rooms and baseboards took three. The amazing thing is his painter even worked on Thanksgiving to finish up the job. Gary then sent his own son the day after Thanksgiving to rebuild bed frames and move in the big stuff. Gary's number one goal was to get us back home as soon as possible, but without cutting corners, giving us the same high quality work. Gary's integrity for a job well done is outstanding!
