> I met Steve Adkins through a neighbor who had hired Steve and his company to de-weed our entire community of 6 houses and a club house. They did such a good job that I reached out to Steve to do some specific work in my own yard. The solutions he provided were great because he created a low maintenance yard with pathways in appropriate areas and a few native plants in front and back to fill in blank spaces. He also revamped my watering system which resulted in the grass actually being green for the first time since I bought my place!  Steve was responsive to my budget concerns and  and he made an effort to communicate with me until we found solutions we agreed upon. A: evonmb: Sorry, the door maker is unknown. My client no longer lives at this residence, and it wasn't part of our scope of work. All the best.

Well done!  Would these plans outgrow their container?  What kind of maintenance is needed?  Thanks in advance.

A: Thanks for the compliment and the questions!  Most plants, depending on their size and growth will out grow a container, it's just a matter of time. The fun is that it pushes you to try something new. This is a very summer loving container. Fall you'll see the Burning Bush turn to a brilliant red then drop its leaves. The Brunnera will fade away for the season as will the Bleeding Heart. The Long Leaf Mahonia will stick around and if you add in winter annuals you'll have something till the new flush of growth. Add spring bulbs and Hellebore for January/February Blooms. Have fun!

Will these plants grow outdoors in the Seattle area?

A: You can find these type of succulents at most higher end nurseries, however every year it varies on what they buy.
