From the very beginning when we looked at the homes Ted had designed, we could tell from his enthusiasm, genuine joy and his attention to detail that he took such pride in building homes for each family’s unique needs and style. He had so many great ideas and suggestions for us. Ted took the time to get to know us and our specific needs and then came back to us with beautiful ideas and suggestions. He was at every meeting with our architect and suggested things we hadn’t thought of to make our home even more functional and beautiful. He truly wanted to build the home we envisioned. Everyone on his team was excited and sincerely committed to delivering an exceptional experience for us. As critical for us was the Project Manager who we were working with on a day-to-day basis.
