Gary and his crew created beautiful display shelves out of a broom closet, and a luxury spa shower in place of a bathtub. They removed popcorn ceilings, upgraded the electrical infrastructure, painted and replaced light fixtures. They tiled walls and replaced tile and wood flooring, as well as kitchen and bathroom fixtures; they re-tiled the fireplace and modified some closets. They upgraded the baseboard heaters. They created storage in both bathrooms, 3 window seats, the laundry cupboard and the water heater cupboard. In one bathroom, they rotated the studs in the wall behind the door, to make room for a towel bar. In the other bathroom, they created a storage alcove between the studs behind the door. Gary was always friendly and courteous.
