> As an Interior Designer I have worked with Mike and Mike from Livello Projects for many years. My clients love their professionalism, integrity and smart approach to building accurate budgets and amazing homes and renovations. I have never had one complaint about Livello from any of my clients or trades. They finish the renovation projects on time and on budget. Their experience lends them a huge advantage over other trades as they have been working in the design and building community for years. As a designer I work with many contractors, and few can meet the strict standards of Livello Projects. Many of my clients remain friends with Mike and Mike because they had such a positive experience with them!

> Quality workmanship and organization throughout renovation. As Project Manager, Michael Royer was involved with our project timing schedule. Very professional and pleasant to work with throughout the coordination process.

  - Description: The Smart family approached us to renovate their traditional 1970s bungalow. The renovation included work to the family’s three main living spaces, kitchen, living room, and dining room, to accommodate a family member in a wheelchair. The focal point of the kitchen is the custom, multi-level island that sits directly below the newly vaulted ceiling and skylight feature. The new skylights and custom millwork add to the open concept feeling of the entire renovation and provide ventilation during w…

  - Description: This new home was custom-built on an inner-city lot and included many unique features designed to meet the specific needs of the owner. Working from design drawings, we coordinated the structural design and fabrication of the exterior design elements. Custom timber beams for the architectural trellis feature had to be finished off-site to allow for cold weather construction. Installation of the fasteners had to be carefully scheduled to accommodate drywall and stucco work.

  - Description: The Johnson family’s kitchen, dining room, and family room were showing signs of age and we were selected to update the space. Working closely with their interior design team, we delivered a kitchen that featured modern cabinets from Germany, stone countertops from Brazil and Israel, and tile from Italy. The project also included work to update the home’s plumbing, HVAC and electrical systems, and the addition of a new media centre and audio-visual network.
