Phoenix Design and consulting, will help with buying and selling homes, staging occupied and unoccupied homes, interior design, and construction consulting and relocations. The pillars of our business are “Simplicity,” “Efficiency” “Effectiveness” and “Client Service.” Additional services include, assisting and managing moving companies, floor plan options, working with real estate brokers, architects, general contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers. Phoenix Design & Consulting services Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Ft Myers, Sanibel Island and Captiva.

Organizing methodology became a part of my interior design process as I was building houses; implementing into my construction plans the appropriate rooms, details, and space so the home could run more harmoniously. This was a huge success and only deepened my desire to learn more about professional organizing and helping others achieve what I was experiencing in my own life.

My method begins with a hands-on assessment of client needs. From there, through collaboration with the client, a detailed plan of action is developed. The goal is simplicity and efficiency. I will work hand-in-hand with you to ensure that the project meets or exceeds expectations. I do my utmost to limit your stress levels during these projects.

> I have met Diana in Naples, Fl, a very affluent and classy place with some of the best arts venues, theatres, restaurants and discerning clientele. Diana has a very distinctive ability to truly be a phoenix, who can transform the mundane to an elegant, attractive and welcoming environment. She is very passionate about the aesthetics, comfort and functionality of spaces. I hired Diana to transform my home space in Naples which I thought was already fabulous. She exceeded my expectations. What was already beautiful to me, was extraordinaire after her magical touch transformed my environment. Thank you Diana

> Diana is a very professional designer while showing me a personal and caring side while working together. She listened to what I liked and knew exactly how to chose beautiful materials to finish the project. She manages the job site from the beginning to the end, and always kept me informed of all that was happening. I highly recommend her.

**Comment from Phoenix Design & Consulting:**

> It was a pleasure to work with you and your husband. Your project turned out as we discussed and it's stunning!

**★★★★★ — jmweltz, April 2020**

> It was so wonderful to work with Diana she is a great listener and spends time getting to know your style. She will get you to gently stretch beyond your comfort zone to get the ultimate design. She also doesn’t let you walk away without being 100% satisfied with your choices and she can tell when you are settling. She won’t let you settle! She does it all while also respecting the budget you’ve laid out for her. She has experience with many different styles so can alter plans very quickly if needed. I highly recommend her and would use her again in a heartbeat.

> I hired Diana Larr of Phoenix Design & Consulting, to help me decorate my lanai. She came over, spent time with me planning the room, and then found the perfect pieces to express my style. I wasn't even sure what I wanted, but after talking to her she knew what I would like. She took it from a place that I didn’t want to sit in, to a place where I now spend a lot of time with friends and family. Her professionalism and talent not just gave me a an incredible lanai, but she stayed in my budget. I highly recommend anyone to work with Diana for anything they need done. She made it fun and I am motivated to do more in my home with her guidance.

**★★★★★ — Deb Laite Real Estate, July 2015**

> I am a real estate agent and had Diana of Phoenix Design & Construction consult with my client. She was excellent. She really listened to what she wanted and offered great suggestions for organization and style improvements. I will definitely refer her again.

**★★★★★ — BM, May 2015**

> I have worked with Diana for over 2 years and she has demonstrated her ability to run and execute a company that delivers quality design, construction consulting, and great customer service when it comes to a home remodel. Diana and the people she works with are professional, create quality, and budget projects that leave clients happy and asking for her to return for more help with their home. I would recommend Phoenix Design & Construction to anyone in any state who is looking for a designer/project manager for their home or small office remodel.

> Buyer beware!
> I hired this organization to design and construct my guest bathroom. It was a terrible experience.
> Although there were several red flags early in the project I continued to work with them. 2 weeks from completion the owner pulled her workers from the site and abandoned the job leaving us completely stranded. The only thing they completed was the destruction of my bathroom.
> She refuses to provide a business or contractors license.
> UPDATE: we have filed a small claims suit against this organization and the owner.

> I'm a local Realtor and have used Diana's services many times. She's helped me with my buyers who are considering buying a property, giving them ideas and sound remodeling advice. She's great for helping the buyer see the potential for a property and make the client feel at ease and confident about their decision to buy. She undertakes every remodel job in a very professional manner. From the beginning to the end of the project she comes up with solutions for problems and most importantly stays within the client's budget. Diana is one of the top designers I've worked with and I never hesitate to refer her to my clients.

**★★★★★ — Stone Creations, Oct. 2014**

> Diana has a clear design vision, incorporating her knowledge and resources to best express a client's style story. She's dynamic and decisive when directing contractors and artisans and responds promptly to emails and phone calls.

> We've been working with Diana K Larr for the last couple of months and its amazing to see her performance as a directory of remodeling, building and design professionals. If there is someone we recommend it will definitely be Dianna K Larr.

**★★★★★ — Jaclynn Nicholson, Aug. 2014**

> I started working with Diana on reorganizing my kitchen , and she has a great skill for where and how to place items to make the kitchen more convenient and attractive. we then worked a face lift for my living room, dining room, and powder room. The crew that did the work were prompt, professional, neat and very good at what they do. We added crown moulding, a new fireplace facade and mantel, painted, added in ceiling accent lighting, and created an attractive column out of an ugly support beam. The area is transformed, and looks like a brand new house. Our once unattractive and ignored powder room is now one of the most attractive rooms in the house. Diana provided great ideas and resources and was fun to work with. She was available for consult whenever needed. We are extremely pleased with the design, construction and results. highly recommend Phoenix Design and Construction. having them back soon to work on other rooms!

> When it comes to a construction project its nice to know professional people in the industry, and Phoenix Design and Construction is just that. We had a TI project going and needed movers within a few days to move an entire office of 20 employees. Diana, scheduled the movers and they were so professional and insured. All work is top notch....even moving boards through out the hall and office to keep carpeting and walls in good shape. I was very impressed and thankful for Diana's professionalism. I have also seen her work in the design and build phases and she goes above and beyond for her clients. Beautiful work. I look forward to working with her again soon! Thank you Phoenix Design and Construction.
