We chose our slab of granite (the last one) and they assured us that it was ours and they had tagged it for us. So I spent hours aligning tile and everything else to work around it. I went back to the store a few days later to match things up and the granite was gone. I asked where it was and they said they sent it to my fabricator. Of course, I believed them. A few days later I found out they never sent it, but instead sold it out from under me. When I spoke to the manager (Tristan) about this, he apologized and had no excuse but said he would give me a discount on any stone I needed in the future. I chose 2 more slabs from them, and he never gave me a discount. When I called him on it, he said he had very little margin to work with. So not only do they treat their customers poorly, but they lie to them repeatedly.
