We tried to get information on the curtain fabric they used to also do an install on other windows and they have never returned with the information. Also we found the curtain rods were not properly installed and the rods were too short. I was told they gave that contract to a friend who was just starting out..... our luck. Beware!!

They were asked to help in the final "hard" design selections for flooring, paint, and a few things, and they did all of the furnishings for the project to the point it is ready to move in. **Q: stairs** *(in Design Dilemma)*

Hi! Soon we will be ripping up the carpet in the living room and are unsure what to do with the stairs. I was thinking of ripping it off and staining the staircase kind of the color it is now and paint the fronts of the stairs white. I'm just not sure if it will look right. What do u all think?

A: You could also do wood down the sides, and a nice patterned carpet down the middle. ( a stripe would look nice)

A: They are custom so we can do them in any configuration you want.

**Q: Tile or Laminate in basement entrance?** *(in Design Dilemma)*

We are renovating our basement and put dark laminate in the entire living room/kitchen area. As soon as you pass the stairs, there is a hallway that connects with the living room/kitchen. This hallway has a door to a bathroom on the left. We are unsure whether we should tile the entrance hallway to create visual separation or continue with the dark laminate to make the basement flow better and look bigger? Would love your advice!

A: I would go with Tile to break it up a bit and add some visual interest!
