> Working with Sue was such a pleasure... she is a true professional who has perfected her craft. She listens to your needs and vision and adapts to what you hope to achieve. She offers ideas and options that help you crystallize your project. She is very respectful when she visits your home and is detailed with ever step. From ordering to install she makes the experience seamless and so enjoyable. The workmanship is terrific and that comes from a client, who admittedly is very specific and fastidious. I was so happy and you will be too...she is the consummate partner on every level.

> Sue is so easy to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She understood our needs and quickly guided us to the right blinds. Order was executed and received in the short timeframe we had asked for, too.

> I have a design business in Maryland and was recently in need of a designer to assist me in completing a window treatment project for a very close friend and client who lives in New Hope, PA. Sue went above and beyond in assisting me in the design and installation of the window treatments. Sue was very generous with her time and sharing her resources to help me complete the project. My client was extremely happy and let me know that Sue and her team were so professional and wonderful to work with. I look forward to working with Sue again and hope to be able to return the favor. As a professional in the design business I would highly recommend Sue.

> Sue Sampson was a pleasure to work with. She constructed a valance for our kitchen and also made drapes for our bedroom and cushions for our couch. Sue answered all of our questions and gave good advice when we asked for it. Her work is impeccable and her prices reasonable.

> I embarbked on my window treatment project over a year ago- during this time I was undecided, didn't know what I wanted and Sue stuck by my side offering me different fabric solutions and ideas. I am completely overwhelmed with the finished product...stunned... both my rooms are beyond beautiful. Sue is patient and a perfectionist two of my favorite qualities. I enjoyed working with Sue very much and look forward to working with her on future projects in my home.

> Sue Sampson was a dream to work with. I have no decorating sense and I let her pick the colors. I really wanted something fresh and new. I will admit I struggled with her choices, but trusted her and was more than pleasantly surprised with the finished product. So happy I let her choose. Her installers were great, efficient, professional and quick. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

> I absolutely love my drapes!!! I found Sue on Houzz as a local window treatment expert. Sue was professional and helpful from the start. I emailed her the link of a Houzz living room with drapes that I fell in love with, she duplicated the drapes perfectly! She was so patient with me - I kept changing my mind, had to think about it - she never showed a bit of annoyance. She helped me with everything, where and what rods I should buy, how they should hang, style, widths etc. She delivered the drapes in person, I had not purchased the rods yet so we just held the drapes up to my windows. Unfortunately, we saw that the drapes were not long enough. I had given her the wrong measurements. I felt like an idiot but she was so calm and reassuring, she took a look at the hem and told me it would not be a problem to fix it. A week later, she came back with the drapes and they were perfect, you could not tell anything had been altered. This time I had the rods, and I decided to use someone she recommended to hang the drapes. They both meet at my house together. He too was professional and had the drapes hung so quickly and perfectly! We did come across another problem with the rods I purchased. Sue, the problem solver she is, suggested to run to a local hardware store and buy a dowel. It was an ingenious solution to my error. The rods and drapes are now hung and I love them! They have warmed my room and they are absolutely gorgeous!
>
> Sue is a perfectionist and she wants to make sure you are happy. She could have just delivered the drapes and left the first time. The second time, she could have suggested I return the rods that I purchased online and push back everything, instead she fixed the problem.
>
> This is the first time I purchased custom drapes. My windows looks just like the windows in the Houzz photo. How amazing it that! Sue was fantastic and I will definitely use her again!

> Sue and I have collaborated on several projects over the last five years. She is my go-to Window Treatment Expert for any client. Sue will offer recommendations on types of treatments, keeping lots of factors in mind--style, function, light control, privacy, and most of all, design integrity. She is also a delightful person to work with and a total professional!

  - Description: The client wanted a serene feeling in her master bedroom so we chose an ivory colored nubby linen for the background of the relaxed Roman shades and added the 6" banding of taupe as the design punch detail. The Hunter Douglas Architella shades are blackout and we also opted for the bottom up, top down option too. So many clients are sorry they didn't order blackout shades in their bedrooms later! By adding the bottom up feature along with blackout, it gives you many options for placement on the…

  - Description: What better way is there to allow nature to take center stage than to frame a large bathroom window with gorgeous sheer draperies? The panels feature 1" wide single pleats along the top edge, that are stitched 6" down to create long, sleek, folds. The pleats are hooked to a "ZIP" rod, meaning they easily glide open and closed with a simple pull of a baton hidden behind the leading edge of each drape. The geographic tone-on-tone print in the sheer adds interest and softens the view outside the wi…

  - Description: This beachfront bathroom was elegantly designed with shiny limestone floors and a cut crystal chandelier. The question was this - how to enhance the view, yet provide a privacy layer in the evening. The answer was found in this gorgeous Belgian Linen Sheer by Cowtan & Tout, stitch into a relaxed Roman shade. The stripes in the fabric are reminiscent of beachy awnings - a perfect compliment to a room made for saying "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh..."

  - Description: My client had a good eye for design and her crisp decorating style made for an interesting redo of a tired kitchen. The light oak colored kitchen cabinets were painted in a soft shade of ivory and amber glass knobs were the perfect compliment to the softly hued glass tiles. To provide privacy, she opted for Hunter Douglas Everwood blinds with wide 2.5" slats. The blinds allow lots of light to fill the space during the day, and are closed at night for complete privacy.

  - Description: Gone is the formal living room - hooray! Today's living rooms are designed with comfort in mind. My clients often ask me to dress their windows to help evoke a feeling of relaxation and calmness. Drapery panels are the perfect answer - the expanse of fabric warms a window instantly and the panels can be closed to block sun or keep you cozy at night. Look here to see how prints, solids, bandings, and color blocks all help to add inviting allure to the drapery panel.

  - Description: Client Challenge: A stunning home overlooking the Long Island Sound was a blank canvas when the construction was finished. The homeowner had a vision for how she wanted the house to feel and we approached the window treatments in each room with these three words in mind: Light, airy, and functional. While wanting the see-through look of lightweight linen, the client did not want privacy shades beneath the treatments. My Solution: By lining the linen with 100% polyester voile, I was able to creat…
