**★★★★★ — Katie Lydon Interiors, Oct. 2015**

> We had the pleasure of working together with Daniel Frisch and his team on numerous projects in NYC. Their professional attitude, excellent work ethic and incredible sense of aesthetic has been inspiring to work with. Their excellent project and workflow management made the collaboration easy and fun. Daniel Frisch not only delivers beautiful work, they are reliable, time conscious and excellent in communication. We look forward and hope to be working together in the future!

> We hired DFA to combine 2 apartments after I was introduced to Dan. During the walk through, Dan came up with a vision for the combination which was fantastic. He and Kate not only executed on the vision but also managed the project (including vetting and selecting a contractor who has been excellent) from beginning to end. I was impressed by how responsive and accountable DFA is - they are data driven and help make a confusing process transparent. I highly recommend them to all considering a renovation.

**★★★★★ — Warmboard Radiant, July 2015**

> We have been working with Daniel Frisch Architects for close to 10 years and have provided our radiant heating panels on several of their projects in and around New York City and the North East. We have found them easy to work with, very professional, responsive and are huge fans of their design work. Mr. Frisch is closely involved in just about all of their projects that we have been a part of and is easy to speak with and always gracious with his time.

> I needed an architect to satisfy my building's strict alteration policy. I have renovated many of my homes over the years and I knew what I didn't want—the headaches that typically accompany the process—so I asked my very reliable contractor, whom I'd worked with many times, what architect he wanted to work with. He said "my recommendation is going to be expensive, but when I get his plans, I hardly have to ask a question, he just does it right" and steered me to DFA. We had a complicated configuration for the modern kitchen I wanted. Dan was personally involved in all of our Coop Board challenges, and ultimately in delivering what is our dream home. I had a truly enjoyable experience, in what I had previously known to be a chaotic and stressful process. His team was honest and very helpful in reigning in my own ideas while guiding us to the right choices.

  - Description: From inception, this 5,220-square-foot, five level (plus basement), single-family townhome in the heart of the upper East Side, was redesigned as an energy efficient, LEED project - no small feat in a dense urban environment like New York. While the Oyster Capital Project is a magnificent achievement in both athestic and energy-efficient design, it is in fact, the first residential, multi-story townhome awarded LEED Gold in New York City.
