> Celestial Solar & Water Systems is a company that does not stand behind its product. The solar panels on my home were originally installed for the previous owner. However, when the house was sold, Celestial canceled the warranty, stating it only honors the original customer. The problem is that the panels are still attached to the house, not the old owner who moved away.

> This policy makes absolutely no sense. Homebuyers are left with equipment on their roof that the company refuses to support, even though it's still part of the property. To make matters worse, there was no effort to help transfer coverage or even offer reasonable options.
>
> A solar system is supposed to be a long-term home investment, not something that vanishes when ownership changes. This business practice feels deceptive and unfair to new homeowners. I would strongly caution anyone from working with this company.

We are happy to service any solar pool heating system, whether or not it is covered by warranty or was originally installed by us. Our team has responded to your inquiries, scheduled service, and disclosed all applicable service charges at the time of scheduling. When our office was first contacted, it was confirmed that you are the new homeowners.

> We have also explained how the manufacturer’s warranty works and promptly sent over the full warranty documentation to your husband, who originally scheduled the service. As outlined both in writing and over the phone, the manufacturer’s warranty is not transferable to new homeowners, a standard practice and manufacturer mandate industry-wide.
>
> We understand your concerns and take feedback seriously, however, repeating negative reviews on multiple platforms does not move the situation toward resolution. Throughout this process, we have maintained clear and consistent communication. Please note that, as the new homeowners, who did not purchase the solar pool heater from our company, the warranty coverage cannot be transferred.

> If you have any further feedback or would like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact us directly. We wish you the best moving forward with your solar pool heating system.
