I have sold it a zillion times and my clients LOVE it! Super comfortable. **Q: New House Design** *(in Design Dilemma)* We are preparing to build a home on the lake and have met with and received basic plans from the architect. I would like to know -- who do you go to for help in designing the inside -- the interesting and creative touches that make a home unique? Do we meet with a designer before building? Can our architect help with this as well? A: I think it is really important to have a designer early in on the process. There are certain things that a designer might pick up that the architect hasn't thought of. Furniture placement on the inside is just as important as window placement on the outside. I cannot tell you how many homes I have done where there is a beautiful great room with lots of windows, fireplace, etc. and not one place to put the tv.
