**★★★★★ — Wallace Home Design Center, Dec. 2024**

> It has been an absolute joy working with David Foley of Foley Fiore Architecture. As both the architect and design lead, David brings vision, creativity, and precision to every project. We've had the pleasure of collaborating on window treatments, wallpaper, upholstery, and shutters, and the experience is always seamless and enjoyable.
>
> What truly sets David's firm apart is their approachability and humility. Despite their high-end expertise, they remain down-to-earth, kind, and easy to work with. They foster a collaborative environment that makes each project feel like a shared effort, and his results are consistently breathtaking.

**★★★★★ — Craig Stadelmann, Dec. 2024**

> Ive had the pleasure of working with Foley Fiore on both ground-up builds and complete renovations, and i can confidently say they deliver top-quality work every time. Their design sense is truly inspiring, bringing innovative ideas and creative solutions that exceed expectations. As a contractor, i find them incredibly easy to collaborate with - they are responsive, professional, and always open to feedback. The clients love their designs, and the end result is always something that stands out. Whether its a new build or a renovation, Foley Fiore is the team you want to work with for stunning, functional, and timeless spaces

**★★★★★ — Kelly Renner, Jan. 2023**

> We are in the process of completing plans for a comprehensive house renovation with Foley Fiore Architecture. This is the second major project with their firm, and when we found this home we knew we had to reach out to them to assist us. They create beautiful things! Along with their sense for the aesthetic, they are practical in their approach to design and able to collaborate well with others involved in the project. In fact, we would say their ability to listen and adapt quickly is one of their greatest assets. They are smart, responsive, easy to work with, and incredibly creative.

**Comment from Foley Fiore Architecture:**

> Thank you Kelly for your kind words and glowing review! We have so enjoyed working with you in the past and were thrilled to be part of this new project!

**★★★★★ — Liliana Goumnerova, Nov. 2021**

> I first connected with Paul and David over 10 years ago and they completely transformed my house from a unique mid-century design to an even more unique place. They listened to my ideas and choices, made suggestions and really understood what I wanted. The entire team, including Patrick, are wonderful, easy to talk to and very professional. I would give them 10 stars if that option was available and highly recommend them to anyone.

**Comment from Foley Fiore Architecture:**

> Thank you for this review! We have so enjoyed our collaboration with you and Wellen Construction over the years. I am looking forward to this final renovation phase we are now embarking upon!

**★★★★★ — PW Choo, Dec. 2020**

> We worked with the team at Foley Fiore Architecture on an extensive renovation of our loft space in Cambridge, MA. Their technical expertise, aesthetic sense, collaborative ability, and good humor all combined to make the process truly exceptional! We worked primarily with Paul Fiore and Patrick Christen. From the start, they listened carefully to our needs and asked great questions before presenting us with well-conceived design options. As we moved into the construction phase, Paul and Patrick worked seamlessly with our general contractor, addressing every issue that arose skillfully and promptly. We now have a re-imagined and rebuilt space to enjoy for decades to come. We highly recommend Foley Fiore Architecture!

**Comment from Foley Fiore Architecture:**

> Thank you so much for these kind words. We so enjoyed working with you both! The success and fluidity of this renovation project is a credit to the entire team; We couldn't do our job well without wonderful and insightful cleints and contractors like FBN Construction, who bring such amazing expertise, flexibility and creativity to their work.

**★★★★★ — profrkmartin, Dec. 2020**

> We were referred to Foley Fiore by our builder, and it turned out to be a godsend. We worked primarily with Paul Fiore and Patrick Christen, who were impressive and delightful throughout the nearly-3 year process. Initially, we knew the renovation of our home would be difficult, and Fiore took on the challenge with imaginative visionary gusto. What we didn’t know was how badly built the house was, how many “discoveries” would set us back, and how extensive the renovation would become. Yet, every step of the way the Fiore team met the challenges with grace, wisdom, and creativity. The end result is terrific, and wWe are very thankful that we partnered with a firm that took on our cause as if it were their own and worked collaboratively with us every step of the way. It is quite a testament that through the long ordeal, we became and remain friends.

**★★★★★ — Ann Thomas, Dec. 2019**

> This is the second time I've had the absolute pleasure of working with the team at Foley Fiore Architecture. This project included a complete renovation and redesign of a condo in Boston. Having worked with them before I was confident that the end result would not only be beautiful but timeless in its design and aesthetic.
> With that said, their creativity, talent and ability to rethink and redesign a complete living area that would work now and forever blew us away. I also had the pleasure of working with them on interior design elements. The end result is a space that highlights its uniqueness while it flows and functions seamlessly from room to room. We have the privilege of calling it home. I highly recommend them.

**★★★★★ — Susan Pollack, Dec. 2018**

> Foley Fiore Architecture designed and built our family a very special home that will be used for hopefully many generations. Dealing with a very small piece of property, they designed a home that not only satisfied the stringent requirements of building in an historic neighborhood but created a light filled home with a very comfortable and extremely functional layout. They were a pleasure to work with, their knowledge and understanding of the town's requirements made the project go very smoothly. Since we were across the country in California and they are based Massachusetts , we relied on them to oversee the construction , working with the general contractor. They were always available for conferences and facilitated weekly meetings with us, the contractor and the designer during the entire process. Excellent problem solvers, they respected our budget. All deadlines were always met and any requests were followed thru by their staff. We highly recommend Foley Fiore Architecture.

**Comment from Foley Fiore Architecture:**

> Thank you Susan! We so enjoyed working together with you and your family to create a place that you will enjoy for years to come. We'll see you around town!

**★★★★★ — Steve Avruch, Nov. 2018**

> The team of architects at Foley Fiore are outstanding, and we give them our highest recommendation. Our project was a gut rehab of a vacation home on Cape Cod. The Foley Fiore architects patiently listened to our ideas and dreams, and quickly grasped what we were looking for. Foley Fiore collaborated with us through each stage of planning, design, and construction, and were our allies in interfacing with surveyors, town boards, contractors, and vendors. They guided us with a steady hand and a practical view of our budget, and presented us with appropriate choices of design options. The end result is just perfect – we have a home that is truly unique, one which we can’t wait to get to and we’re always sad to leave.

**Comment from Foley Fiore Architecture:**

> Thank you for your kind words Steve. It was truly a pleasure to work with you and Ed on your home renovation! Your enthusiasm was infectious and it felt like a real collaboration. Here's to many years of happiness in your new home.

**★★★★★ — Mobeen Sheikh, Dec. 2017**

> The first time we met FoleyFiore we knew we had made the right choice. Of the course the reason for choosing them in the first place was their design aesthetic which we now have the chance to enjoy for ourselves in our recently renovated home. Their attention to detail, sense of color and understanding our needs made for a very productive relationship. We worked closely with David Foley during the project and he was always available and very thoughtful in his recommendations and advice. His input in the choice for accessories made our decision making so much easier. An enthusiastic five stars!

**★★★★★ — Kori Estrada, Dec. 2017**

> We couldn't have asked for more with this team! They are fantastic in every way. It was a super smooth process and they really took to heart creating a house that reflected absolutely everything that we were looking for. And NO detail was overlooked. The attention to detail they put into everything is what sets them apart from the rest. We couldn't be happier with the process, their enthusiasm and the final product. They created a truly special home for us that we will enjoy for many years to come. And I know that the quality of their work will stand the test of time. We look forward to working on another project with them in the future.

**★★★★★ — FBN Construction, Nov. 2017**

> Throughout many years of working with Foley Fiore Architecture we have come to greatly appreciate and rely on their professional and collaborative approach to working as a team with Clients, Architects, and Builders. They truly aim to foster a team environment, which we also find the most successful path to a successful project and highly satisfied Home Owners. We are fortunate to have been a part of so many beautiful projects featuring timeless designs created by the exceptionally talented individuals at Foley Fiore.

  - Description: This new modern home is situated on a strip of land between Lake Ontario and Irrondequoit Bay. A major design priority was to maintain the scale and rhythm of the small houses that marched along the road. This was achieved by designing the house as two volumes connected by the entry and stair tower. The volumes are differentiated by their placement and materials. The east volume contains the main living level, with the master bedroom above. The floor height for the main living level was determin…

  - Description: This penthouse apartment is hidden beneath the curved copper mansard roof of a Manhattan landmark building. It was artfully created by the former owner out of storage rooms, a one bedroom apartment, and unused space in the building’s decorative turret. The goals for this renovation were to provide ample communal living spaces with private retreats for a young family with two teenage children; to maximize the views to Central Park and the interior garden; to create a great working kitchen with a…

  - Description: This project restored the main body of a stately Greek Revivial home while rethinking the many oddly proportioned rear additions. A glass wall "connector" was created to provide an informal entrance from the driveway and clearly delineate the Greek Revival form from the newly designed modern addition. The renovation focused on family centered living, open spaces and an abundance of natural light.

  - Description: Circa 1950, Harvard University built a series of small jewel box homes to house faculty. The homes were eventually sold to private owners. One of the main goals for adding onto this classic home was to preserve the integrity of the mid-century modern aesthetic, re-interpreting the elements of the modern home 60 years later. Materials, massing and detailing play a large part in achieving this goal; by setting back the additions from the front face of the existing house, extending the horizontal r…
