We were very impressed with his past work and design ideas and decided to give him the lead on building our custom home. Cory suggested the architect to use and we started from scratch with the design process. I am so pleased at the way everything turned out. Some of the best features of our home were Cory's ideas! I am so thankful we had such a considerate and thoughtful builder. We had a time crunch at the end with a new baby and he made it happen! We highly recommend Cory and Trademark Building Company. I’ve held off on writing this review for months in hopes problems would get corrected. Cory does not write anything down and therefore forgets major details. Our house called for 2 bump outs, one of which his framers left out. We had major flooding in basement when building, twice. We have had ongoing electrical issues. Our roofs has bad shingles all over it. We’ve had leaky pipes. Cory has issues getting subs. He accidentally added an extra area of basement and then charged us for it as well as additional framing. His painters are sloppy and got overspray all over windows outside. Multiple areas in basement where you can see light coming in! I’m telling you right now, he’ll make you think he’s on top of it when you talk to him but he’s not! On top of al of this Cory has now ghosted ya and isn’t even responding. It got so bad we decided to hire a home inspector and you should see how long that list is. A: Hello. Those were custom made smooth cedar hollow boxed beams. The stain was custom made on site with a wax finish. **Q: Love the metal railing?
