I hope you company fails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER A: Hi Nik, We talked over the phone. I will try to address the high cost of the return shipping label that was deducted from the refund of your purchase. Note though that Fedex and UPS charge what is called dimensional weight not the actual physical weight. Dimensional weight is a calculation of the volume of the box divided by a certain divisor.
