> We hired Landmark Construction on October 2, 2015 to do grading, seeding, hardscaping  landscaping and stone veneer work.  The work that we hired Chad to do has still not been completed as of May 3, 2016.  Chad had many good and creative ideas for our project, and the work that was done did improve the curb appeal of our home, but there were several things that Chad agreed to complete or correct that have still not been finished.  On December 24, 2015  Chad assured us that we could count on him to finish the grading and seeding that he started in October and to also correct the holes in the polymeric sand used in our new stone sidewalks. We asked that he fix cracked pavers, warped trim boards, paint on the stone veneer, exposed drain pipes and other concerns that we had with the work. Chad came by in March and looked at the work and agreed that these all needed to be corrected. He said that he would begin the work the  last week in March, 2016.  He has not followed through on any of the promises that he made and emailed us on March 28, 2016 letting us know that he was now overbooked and we should hire someone else to do the grading and seeding  on our yard that he had plowed up in October.

> Remodeled our small, plain backyard into a beautiful, expansive oasis.  Work included building a retaining wall of rocks, landscaping with rocks, mulch and greenery, building a fire pit and grill, installing outdoor lighting, placing travertine tile on the previously concrete surface and installing a new fence.  He also coordinated removal of an interior gas fireplace, replaced it with a window and oak window seat.  Lastly, he coordinated the exterior paint of our whole house.
