> I've used Pat Finn twice in two different homes. I first saw her work at a Design House in Cambridge several hears ago and although it was a small bathroom, I loved the feel of it so when I needed a decorator I called her. She had wonderful ideas and also listened to me if I wanted to go in a different direction. She was very easy to work with, responded quickly and was respectful of what I wanted to accomplish. She took me to the Design Center which some decorators don't do but it gave us both ideas that we may not have ha . It was a great collaboration.

> Pat initially met with us to get a feel for our home, our ideas, and our taste.  We discussed what we wanted in our new kitchen and she was very attentive.  She promptly came back to us with a couple of different designs and we discussed them together to come up with the final plan.  She suggested the color scheme, cabinets, counter-top materials, wall-coverings, flooring, and tiles - all of which we loved and wanted to include in our kitchen.  Pat was responsive throughout the design and building process and actually went with us to pick out lighting as well.  When we were having difficulties finding the exact limestone for the counter, we were considering altering the plan.  Pat gently persuaded us to stick to the original design and with her connections, was able to find it for us.  There were many times that she provided reassurance throughout the process.
> When the kitchen was finished we were thrilled and so happy that we kept with her recommendations.  It's been 8 months now since completion and every day I am excited to use it.  Not only does it look fantastic, but the design and layout are excellent for food preparation, clean-up, and storage.

We recently collaborated with this firm at the 2013 Museums of Old York, Secret Cove, Kittery Point, Maine, where The Walsingham Gallery's artwork was incorporated within the two spaces the design firm was challenged to transform: the show house's Master Bedroom Suite and Porch.  The result was a sophisticated and zen like setting.  We were highly impressed with their attention to detail and functionality, undeterred by the challenge of an isolated column in the middle of the room.  We look forward to working with this highly acclaimed firm in the future.

A: They're called Woolly Pockets (you can learn about/order them on WoollyPocket.com). I used 10 of them here (2 across, 5 high). The pathos and other greens were planted in them; the lilies are real; they are in floral water tubes.
