We underwent a major renovation (wall removal, etc) and there was very little (if any) residual dust or debris. The home that Steve renovated for me had a troublesome wall and cathedral ceiling where the sheetrock continually cracked. He investigated and analyzed the problem, and solved it effectively. He then delivers a professional proposal complete with a project calendar, the scope of work to be performed, material and source suggestions, a price quote and payment schedule - no surprises. Steve does much of the work personally, and the subcontractors he uses deliver high quality results. My project was a complete renovation: demolition and removal down to the sheetrock and slab, then installation of a completely new kitchen and bathroom, with new floors, trim, lighting and paint throughout. The sheetrock on the walls and ceiling in this 38-year old home now looks brand-new, a 1st Class job. Steve keeps the project on schedule and on budget; the jobsite is always left clean at the end of the day.
