> Fantastic customer service. I’m 73 years old and I’ve dealt with a lot of companies over the years and I have never had better quicker service than I received today. I highly recommend them. The woman I spoke to was absolutely fantastic. I greatly appreciate her assistance..

**★★★★★ — Russ Lomas, July 2020**

> Customer service was outstanding. They held my order until I was ready to drive to the US from Canada to pick it up at a depot in Port Huron. The price was about half of what I would’ve had to pay for the same parts here in Canada. Communication was excellent with my responses received each time within 24 hours. Quality of the product is fantastic too. We love the look of our new staircase.

> There was a shortage of the parts we chose. We had to change our design and they worked with me to insure we had everything we needed! They were patient and courtesy.

**★★★★★ — Becky Cook, Sept. 2018**

> Wow! Fantastic customer service. Sheryl and Michelle helped me select the correct parts and place the order. Can't wait to get it installed

> We replaced our honey oak balusters with wrought iron ones purchased from Cheap Stair Parts. We were able to get our products shipped for free due to the project cost being roughly $1200 (they ship for free over $999), and the shipment arrived within a week. We ordered 4 different types of baluster designs and each was individually wrapped and packaged in easily identifiable cartons. We ordered the solid (not hollow) balusters, and although the cutting process was somewhat time consuming, I love the "solid" look and feel. My only complaint is that the baluster shoes (we ordered both top and bottom ones, flat and angle, so over 200 of them) didn't come with an enclosed allen key, and it's quite small so it was difficult to match, and some became stripped during installation. Nevertheless, I am so happy with this purchase and I highly recommend CheapStairParts if you're considering wrought iron stair parts.

> Quality product. I updated my staircase by replacing wood spindles with wrought iron and it looks beautiful! The hollow spindles are lightweight and easy to cut to size but still feel durable and sturdy. I have received numerous compliments from family and friends.

> I redid a staircase in a home I was selling in October of 2016. The staircase came out absolutely fantastic. Cheap Stair Parts has a great website, and they made it easy to order what I needed. The parts came quickly and everything was exactly like the pictures

> I purchased an epoxy glue gun and glue sticks (over $60) from this vendor in order to begin replacing my wooden stair spindles with iron balusters. I paid for 3-5 shipping. The product arrived 12 days later which delayed my project significantly. My order was missing a set of glue sticks and the gun was inoperable. I had to purchase epoxy glue from Lowes in order to begin the project. I will be requesting a refund from this vendor.

**Comment from Cheap Stair Parts:**

> I do apologize for the late shipping! The holidays are extremely busy for us. I see that the pre-paid label we issued made it back and the full refund was processed today.
>
> The gun you sent back is in fact 100% completely operable, and covered in glue. Not sure what went down with the glue but I do apologize you had issues using it.

**★★★★★ — John Ostrem, Dec. 2016**

> Cheapstairparts.com helped to keep my project within budget, shipping was quick from Texas to Washington State, and every single component I ordered was in the order and in perfect condition? Amazing, to say the least. :)
> I will always use this company on all my stair projects. Thank you!
> SIncerely, John Ostrem/General Contractor/Seattle, Washington

**★★★★★ — Leslie Day, Dec. 2016**

> They were fast - helpful and the product exactly as beautiful as I had
> hoped -- highly recommend this company.

**★★★★★ — Gabe Reitter III, Dec. 2016**

> The spindles we received were a very nice quality. The shipping was prompt. The discount they provided me for my order was an awesome bonus. They shorted my order by 1 pc. I didnt discover it until I did the install. I sent an email, they responded in less than 7 hours, with an apology and tracking number rushing the last pc to complete my staircase. I will order from them again!

**★★★★★ — Ruth Richardson, Dec. 2016**

> Products are well described and competitively priced. Fast processing and shipping. One of the best online shopping experiences I've had.

## Community Q&A

**Q: What color are these stair balusters?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: This is antique nickle wrought iron balusters.

**Q: Whole home remodel.** *(in Before & After)*

We did a whole home remodel starting from the top (popcorn ceiling removal), right to the bottom (we even removed the toilets). We took out everything including some walls, doors, light fixtures, wall paper, tubs, sinks, cabinets, etc.) It took us 12 weeks to complete the project. My husband and I worked at the house ever day and we hired several professionals for specific jobs (electrical, plumbing, railing fabricator, flooring installer). It was a fun project and were able to stay within budget and we kept on schedule. We are delighted with the results and are loving our newly remodeled home. We got all of our ideas for the remodel from HOUZZ.
BEFORE = Stairs and railing.
AFTER - we took out the half walls and installed fabricated stair railings and we replace the foyer light fixture and replace white carpet with wood flooring.
BEFORE - Sunroom
AFTER - Sunroom - we removed the hot tub and all the sliding doors and windows and created a sitting room. This room has the best view in the house. It was a shame that it was virtually unusable for 20 years with a huge hot tub in the middle of it. We painted the old pine ceiling with a rich dark brown.
BEFORE - Living Room
AFTER - Living Room - We replaced the white carpet with tile and removed the wet bar by turning it into a shower for the powder room behind it so that now we have a full bathroom for our guests. We remodeled the stair railings, fireplace and opened up the space between the sunroom and living room by removing all the interior windows and sliding doors.
BEFORE - Fireplace
AFTER - We updated the fireplace by replacing the old black tile and enlarging the step at the bottom. We also installed dimensional tiles in the niches. We then took out the glass doors and old logs and installed modern glass rocks with a stainless steel burning tray.

A: Wow! That staircase really changes the entire look of the home. Great job!

**Q: West End Renovation!** *(in Before & After)*

I feel incredibly fortunate to have been asked to redesign this home! This home was ready for renovation. The clients had a few things on their wish list...to make the main floor open concept, to put an in law suite in the basement, to open up the staircase and make more room upstairs and to find a home for their 84"TV. This is what we accomplished for them! What an amazing project for me!

A: Love the glass staircase. This is a wonderful transformation.

**Q: Holiday Decorations, Lets See Um!!!!!** *(in Polls)*

Ok, everyone, lets start getting in the mood. Show us your cool Holiday Decor. These can be things you made, things you arranged, your favorite item. Or, it can be something you find online and want to share. This is the spot. If we each try to add one or two things a week, we could have good cheer up to New Years!

And just to be clear, though I have not found any yet (kinda counting on you, I mean all holidays) Yeeeeeaaaaahhhh!

A: Oh, and not to mention this gorgeous staircase right here on Houzz!

**Q: Are those the oil rubbed braze Monte Carlo that are on sale currently?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Just double checking that this is the Oil Rubbed Bronze colored Monte Carlo balusters that are currently on your site. I like the look very much, and hope to recreate it in our house. Thanks!

A: Yes they are.

**Q: What is the pricing and package sizes for this\>** *(in Photo Questions)*

working on a small stairway entry..five steps and then a closed hallway so I only need a small package with rail and ending bannister..thanks

A: Those balusters are called Endecor and you can find them with pricing here - http://cheapstairparts.com/endecor/
