When we picked out our slab of quartz we received the wrong sample so when we went to find tile to compliment it, I kept saying it was too green. On a whim we stopped in to check out the sample and the slab we picked out. We were given the wrong sample & the wrong color was recorded. Those things happen, not a big deal. I was surprised and disappointed that after measuring it was going to take 3 weeks before the install. Since they require everything to be ready before they can even measure, I thought it would be just a couple of days, after all they know we have no kitchen. When I called to question the time frame, Rebecca got very defensive and when I talked about reviewing them she got downright nasty and threatened to cancel our order and HUNG UP on me. Our contractor made sure she didn’t cancel, as I didn’t want to start over and add another 4 weeks to our remodel. The icing on the cake, was that there was a blemish in the middle of the quartz. They sent a repairman out to buff it out, but he never polished it and refused to come back. Their remedy was to pull the entire counters out and we could go elsewhere.
