> From the first phone call with Jane, I was hooked on working with her.  Jane worked within my budget (even though I originally didn't know what my budget was), paired down my options and gave expert advice on what would work best.  The installation took place in December and January during some of the coldest days of the year and one of the items was cracked (I'm assuming due to the cold weather) and they sent it back the very same day and the manufacturer turned it in one day.  Installation of all 8-window treatments was efficient and tidy with precise attention to detail.  My husband is extremely picky and tends to be a perfectionist and he was THRILLED with the installation.

> Jane was completely hands on, ensuring that everything was perfect by informing me when the order was placed, scheduling installation within the week the items were delivered to her warehouse, stopping by during installation (on multiple days mind you) and following up.  Jane knows her product and competition because she has been in the business for many years and she's a savvy businesswoman.  I highly recommend Jane and her team, they were outstanding!
