The moment we decided to sell our house and move we started to looked around and Silvergate Homes immediately stood out. The designs, choices of flooring and lighting are above other areas we had looked. With 9 foot ceilings throughout the entire first floor we were taken in. You see the attention to detail everywhere you look. The layout of our place is perfect for large gatherings yet feels cozy when its just the two of us. We could not be happier here and look forward to the beach and friendship trail in the summer. Being so accessable to the highway and to the new hospital opening spring of 2028 is perfect for me as a nurse and is quick down the highway from our place which is great for me and with all that Fort Erie has to offer it is situated perfectly. > The sales staff are so knowledgeable and walk you through each layout and are more then happy to answer any questions you may have. They offer quick closings which we needed and we would recommend to our friends and family or anyone looking for a new quality built home to check out Silvergate Homes.
