It all depends on what you are putting in the house. For a house that is beautiful, but not over the top it can be done for $165-$200 per sq ft. Size is a factor in that as well. The larger the house the less per sq ft typically. We do custom homes and have never done the same house twice, but would easily be able to that if desired and we build all over the Tri-City area.
