We not only got our dream home as a result; we also got a friend from the process. When we started the process we knew that designing and building a home is challenging - we were told from others who embarked on the process that there are endless decisions, often things don't work out as planned, and everything costs more than expected. Granted there were bumps along the way during our design and build, but Kishan managed the process with organization, calmness, and creativity. The end result is magnificent - 2 years later we wouldn't change a thing. Our home is well thought out and matches our life and needs perfectly; it is unique and timeless; and it's just damn beautiful. We have maintained our relationship with Kishan, who still helps us with any necessary home repairs and additions more than 2 years after completion. Kishan had designed and built the house with excellent layout and attentions to many details. The design is modern and simplistic. We really love extra storage on the main floor which kept the interior uncluttered. Even though, cabinets are abundant, the cabinet design flows with the rest of the main floor. Included appliances are top-notch brands and we are enjoying the quality. There are many small upgrades under-sink plastic guards and LED decorative lights which satisfied picky home-owner like myself. Finally, Kishan maintains good communications for all minor touch-ups/fixing even after we moved. We love this house! We have to say we were thoroughly impressed by the overall design where modern architecture has met function. Looking at many places throughout the city, sk2's home struck us as one of the highest build qualities and most innovative designs (forward thinking, clean lines and organic feel, but not so radical that it sacrifices the fundamentals of a highly functional space). The fixtures and interior choices were top knotch, and more importantly we can tell there have been limited compromises in the quality of the structure itself. We also appreciate the attention to detail and additional touches of the latest home technologies (such as including an HRV, toe-vac, water filter, sound systems, cat5e, etc...).
