My neighbor has her lawn taken care of by your company and when they come to get rid of the leaves in her yard, they blow them all into my yard. Which means I then have to clean them up. My neighbor is hiring you to clean the leaves up, not give them to her neighbor to dispose of. Estimates were detailed. Work was started and completed on schedule which is a first for us. The owner was on-site and careful to make sure we were aligned as work progressed. When one approach to the walkways wasn't suitable he adjusted to our complete satisfaction. We recent reengaged ASL for a fall cleanup with complete satisfaction.
