> We worked with Susan from OC Installs (found on the reference sheet at Floor & Décor) to replace the flooring throughout our 2,000 square foot home. She was with us every step of the way, guiding us through the process of picking materials, installation options, and finishing touches.

> Susan took us to several tile stores and ultimately helped us choose the right product. Her recommendations were spot on; she has a great eye for design, which made the decision that much easier. We ended up choosing a great, high quality light colored wood look porcelain tile from Euro West in Orange. Susan had so much confidence in the product and her team that she recommended we use 1/8th inch spacing with a staggered design. Most contractors will not offer this narrow of a spacing because it is very labor intensive and difficult to get right. However her team had no problem doing so and we couldn't have been more thrilled with the outcome. Susan also recommended and did a great job with installing the Schluter trim for the stairs and edges. Additionally, she was receptive of using the grout compound we wanted to use.

> OC Installs removed existing carpeting, engineered wood, and tile flooring as well as baseboards and built-in closets and vanities to prep for the tile install. They leveled uneven flooring, laid down backer board where required and made the flooring flow without any disruptions.

> Part way through the remodel process, Susan recommended we paint the inside of the house since we were already considering it. She assured us that this would have minimal impact to schedule and she would be able to get us a reasonable price through her painter. We agreed since it was easier to get everything done in one shot and we needed to repaint a few areas where built-ins were removed. Susan expedited the tile installation so her painters could repaint the entire house within the original estimate. She was able to complete all work (plus additional items we asked her to do along the way) ahead of schedule so we were able to move in as expected. The entire remodel took only 10 days!

> Susan was a great contractor with excellent communication skills; she always responded to our texts, emails, and phone calls. Her diligence and attention to detail ensured the success of our remodel. She was on site every day to monitor progress along with her brother, Mo, and foreman Sean. Not only did they finish the project to our high standards, but they also finished early! We will definitely be calling her in the future for our next project.

**Q: Sink** *(in Photo Questions)*

Hi There!  Is this counter porcelain slab that is 6mm?  Just wondering how you managed the under mount sink??  Thanks

A: Simply polished the edge of the slab. The glaze doesn't end up wrapping the edge but still looks nice. Difficult material to work with.
