> Eric Pianka is a horrible GC. His walls are not straight, his floors immediately crack, his plaster cracks and his doesn't pay his subcontractors. In fact he hires people with no intention of paying them. He is pompous and when he gets mad, his face turns red and hs calls you a low class scumbag from Staten Island. Which is awful to say about anyone especially someone with a better pedigree then him. His is basically a typical builder with a hammer and a sport jacket. RUN!
