> I cannot speak highly enough of Monteleone Homes. From start to finish the process was smooth, painless, exciting, and fun. Anthony met with us several times before we even began looking for a lot or even really decided we wanted to build a new home. He was patient with us, listened to our every want, need, and concern, and the end result was more than we could have ever hoped for. We had concerns going into the project about going over budget, running into unforseen issues, among several other things that we had heard about from others that had built or renovated homes. Not only did Anthony stick to our initial budget, but we got much more out of our project then we even thought possible. He was always available at any time of day and any day of the week to answer questions, give his opinion, go over new plans, or whatever else we wanted to discuss. In addition to sticking to the budget, he also stuck to his time commitment and we were in our new home less than year from when we closed on the house we tore down. The fact that this home was built in the midst of a pandemic without a single hiccup should also be noted! If you are looking to build a new home, Monteleone Homes is simply the best there is out there!

The two most important things for me was budget and time to build and Anthony delivered on both fronts coming in on budget and in the time frame he promised. Also, we hired a local designer to help with the build design and Anthony worked very well with her (and with budget in mind). Anthony welcomed us into his own home (that he was building for his family at the time) and walked us through the entire process in a friendly, transparent and non-assuming manner.  We immediately clicked with Anthony and felt like he was a builder we can trust.
